Focus on Safety
Talking Safety
Talking Safety is a great way for forestry workers and their supervisors to discuss practical health and safety issues and concerns in a short meeting. All Talking Safety topics involve an informal presentation on a specific subject to the group by a person chosen to lead the session, followed by a discussion of the topic, how it fits into your workplace and what it means to the people who work there.

Each topic in the Talking Safety series is about one page long, set up in an easy-to-follow format that enables the meeting leader to present the talk in a conversational manner. Each topic focuses on specific workplace hazards and discusses ways to control them. All of the Talking Safety topics are also useful as reference material in the workplace.
